Muskaan Maheshwari
Muskaan Maheshwari is the pastry chef and creative mind behind Butter. Her journey with food began much earlier, in her Nani's kitchen in Jaipur, where she first discovered the joy of baking.
She completed her Associate's in Baking & Pastry Arts and her Bachelor's in Food Business Management with a concentration in Advanced Baking from Culinary Institute of America, building a strong foundation in technique and flavour.

She trained in New York City at Gramercy Tavern (One Michelin starred restaurant) and Gabriel Kreuther (Two Michelin starred restaurant), gaining immersive, hands-on experience, which exposed her to the precision and creativity of Michelin-level dining, deepening her mastery in production, plating, and flavour.
After New York, she moved to Dubai to work at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, where she gained strong experience in kitchen management, bread making, and bulk production. Her time there refined her ability to handle high-volume service with precision, strengthening her skills in organisation, consistency, and disciplined execution.
Butter is her way of bringing everything she's learned: precision, curiosity, and a deep love for desserts back home. She leads Butter with a playful vision, an eye for detail, and a belief that great desserts should feel both comforting and exciting.
