Butter began with a simple idea: to create desserts that feel like an experience. Founded in 2024 by Chef Muskaan, Butter has grown from a home-kitchen experiment into a small, passionate brand serving Jaipur with desserts made with care and creativity.

Muskaan Maheshwari is the pastry chef and creative mind behind Butter. Her journey with food began much earlier, in her Nani's kitchen in Jaipur, where she first discovered the joy of baking.


A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, she has trained in the kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants in New York and spent a brief period working in Dubai; experiences that shaped her understanding of technique, flavour, and thoughtful craft.

Butter is her way of bringing everything she's learned: precision, curiosity, and a deep love for desserts back home. She leads Butter with a playful vision, an eye for detail, and a belief that great desserts should feel both comforting and exciting.
