Once your order is placed, you will receive a WhatsApp confirmation along with your delivery or pickup date. If you need help, just message us back.

For Jaipur orders, we recommend placing your order 2 to 3 days in advance, as everything at Butter is made fresh and to order.

For certain items, especially cookies, same day orders are often possible. Place your order and we will share the earliest available delivery date. If it does not work, we still try our best to accommodate.

We do not have a strict cut off, but earlier is always better for availability, especially for cakes and custom items.

Since everything is made in small batches, some items may sell out. We recommend ordering in advance to avoid missing out.

We currently operate within Jaipur city.

We do not arrange delivery directly, but we are happy to help coordinate timings. You can book a courier like Porter, Swiggy Genie, or Uber once your order is ready.

Pickup is from our kitchen in Bani Park, Jaipur. The exact address is shared once your order is ready.

The courier needs to be booked by you. Since we handle multiple orders, managing deliveries on one platform becomes difficult.

Let us know when you are about to book the courier. We will share a contact number so the driver can coordinate directly with us for a smooth handover.

Once your order is handed over to the delivery partner, it is managed by them, as the courier is booked by you. We make sure everything is packed with care on our end.

All allergen details are listed on individual product pages. Our kitchen handles gluten and nuts, so while we take care, we cannot guarantee against cross contamination.

Storage instructions are listed on each product page. As a quick guide: tin cakes should be refrigerated and consumed within 5 days, fresh fruit desserts should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days, and cookies should be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Yes. Once you receive your delivery date, message us and we will do our best to adjust it.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 5 to 7 business days via Razorpay.
